Perform this exercise with your prosthetic on and ensure it is tightly secured.
Kneel down on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Lift your knees off the floor and straighten your legs so that you are in a straight line from the top of your head to your heels.
When ready, bend one hip, and bring your knee towards your chest.
Straighten the bent leg back to the starting position and repeat with the other side.
