Median nerve slider - version 2

Start by lifting the arm straight out to the side with your elbow bent and your fingers pointing to the ceiling.

Straighten your elbow with your palm facing the ceiling and fingers bent at the knuckles
Bend the elbow as you straighten the fingers.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
