Median nerve glide - wrist flexion/extension ('Neurodynamics' Median nerve (at side) - wrist flexion/extension)

Stand up straight with your gaze directly ahead.
Hold your affected arm by your side, palm facing forward.
Place your other hand across your shoulder and collar bone, and apply some gentle downwards pressure, lengthening your shoulder from your ear.
Holding this position, extend your wrist backwards and forwards in a fluid movement.
Keep the rest of your arm still.
As you stretch your wrist backwards, you may feel some tension in your arm.
Be careful not to over stretch.
