Median Nerve, Elbow Tensioner (ULNT 1)

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder abducted and externally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing up with wrist extended back.

Assitant / therapist manually moves elbow from extension to flexion. Try to keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
