Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms stretched out above you.
To roll to the right, bend your left leg bringing your foot off the floor.
Take this knee across your body at a steady speed, allowing your lower body to roll with it.
Your upper body and shoulders will then follow this movement until you are lying on your front.
To return to the starting position, lift your left leg up and back across your body, reaching to the other side with your foot.
Allow your lower body and upper body to follow this movement until you are lying on your back again.
