Lunge with lateral resistance (Lunge, forward, with band (lateral resistance))
Tie a resistance band off to one side and stand with your good leg closest to the band.
Loop the band around your affected knee and take a large step forwards, dropping your knees down into a lunge.
The band will try to pull your knee inwards, you must resist this movement by keeping the movement of your knee forwards.
