Lumbar spine side flexion self mobilisation (Trunk side bending AROM, quadruped)

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Lift your feet up and turn them both to one side.
Move your gaze and upper body to look round to your feet, creating a “C” shape with your spine.
