Lumbar extension stretch BA (level 3) (Trunk extension stretch, buoyancy assisted, hands on pool wall (level 3))

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Place a noodle between your legs in a straddle position.
Step backwards with both of your feet and allow your legs to float out behind you.
You should feel a stretch in your lower back.
Tuck your knees in to your chest to return to the start position.
