Lumbar and Thoracic Extension (Standing)

Stand up straight, placing one foot on a step or platform. Place your hands on the back of your head. Bring shoulder blades together to point your elbows out to the sides.

Bend your body backwards by moving your chin upward. Tighten your upper body and keep your hips in place while bending backwards. Return to the neutral position.
