Low row in sitting - version 2
Sit up straight in a chair and hold each end of resistance band or cable with your hands.
Bend your elbows, keeping them by your sides.
Sitting up tall, pull your elbows back and then return to the starting position.
Think about leading this movement by drawing your shoulder blades towards one another.
Keep your neck long.
Continue this movement.
