Long lever hamstring bridge (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Perform this exercise without your prosthetic limb.
Lie on your back with your legs bent, your feet flat on the floor, and the intent of your hands on the floor.
Straighten your knees a little and raise onto your heels.
Tighten your buttock muscles and lift your hips up until your hips are straight.
Then return to the starting position and repeat.
