Liver and Gall Bladder Meridian Opening

Wide stance. Place your hands together and reach your arms to the ceiling.

Squat and lower your hands to heart level. Keep your elbows up.
Breathe in and move your arms to the side.

Breathe strongly out through your mouth and hit the arms to the mid position.
