Lateral Hop to Single leg on Balance Pad

Stand with balance pad to one side of you.

Hop to the side landing on one leg on the balance pad. Hold your balance momentarily before returning to the Start position.

Do not let your pelvis tilt or your knee turn in.

Start with light hops and gradually increase the force.
