Kneeling to half-kneeling hold

Kneel down on both knees with the trunk straight and knees together.
Lift one leg forwards and place the foot down, knee and hip bent to 90 degrees in a half-kneeling position.
Hold for the required amount of time.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other leg.
