Start in an 8 point kneeling position, with hips over your knees and shoulders over your elbows.
Lift one arm up and out to your side, keeping your arm straight.
Continue to look at the hand of this arm throughout the movement.
Rotate your body, with your arm held parallel to your body, as far as you are able without lifting your opposite forearm off the ground.
Hold briefly and then return to starting position in a controlled manner.
