Kneeling resisted hip thrust

Kneel with an exercise band or loop around your hips and attached firmly behind you. Make sure the slack of the band is taken off.

Squeeze your buttocks and draw in your abdominals to tilt pelvis backwards and then push up to kneeling by straightening your hips. In a controlled manner return to the starting position.

Required equipment: Mat, Resistance band
