Kneeling groin stretch on pillows
Kneel on the ground in front of a box.
Both knees should be placed on a pillow.
Slowly slide both knees out to the side as far as possible.
Maintain a neutral position in your lower back.
Hold the stretch for the required amount of time, then return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Box (plyometric), Pillow
