Knee raises - version 2

Stand between two parallel bars in a leg raise machine. With your arms by your side and elbows bent, position your forearms on the pads and grasp the handles. Move your feet off the railings and hang between the bars. Press elbows against the paddings and shoulders away from your ears.
Lift your knees towards your chest by bending your hips. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position. Move your legs in a controlled manner, avoid swinging.
