Knee flexion with weight in standing (Knee flexion hamstring strengthening, with weight, facing wall, standing, ankle weight, knee flexors,)
Stand up straight with a weight around the ankle of your affected leg.
Have a stable surface in front of you for support such as a wall or a kitchen top.
Keeping your posture upright, bend your knee with the weight, bringing your foot towards your buttocks.
Control the movement as you lower the foot back to the floor and repeat.
