Knee flexion in standing with support - residual leg (adaptive)
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Stand and hold onto a support for balance if needed.
Keeping your thighs parallel with each other, bend the knee of your residual limb as much as is comfortable.
You should feel the majority of the effort in the back of your thigh.
Hold and return to the starting position.
