Grip the Kettlebell by the handle and bring the Kettlebell to the outside of the front leg.
Start the motion in the low lunge position, toes of the leg behind are touching the floor.
Push with your legs and use your midsection to straighten and rotate your torso forwards, moving the Kettlebell up in a large circle.
Take the Kettlebell over your head.
Slow down the motion as soon as the Kettlebell is above your head.
Lower down to the other side in a controlled manner.
Move the Kettlebell down in a big circle.
Bring the Kettlebell to the outside of the front leg.
Repeat the sequence to both sides.
