Kettlebell Half Moon Lunges (Version 1)

Lunge with legs in line. Grip the Kettlebell by the horns. Start the motion in the low lunge position, toes of the leg behind are touching the floor.
Bring the Kettlebell to the outside of the front leg.
Push off with your legs using the strength in the midsection to straighten and rotate your body forwards, move the Kettlebell up in a large circle.
Take the Kettlebell over your head. Slow down the motion as soon as the Kettlebell is above your head.
Lower down to the other side in a controlled manner. Move the Kettlebell in a big circle.
Bring the Kettlebell to the outside of the front leg.

Repeat the sequence to both sides.
