Isometric Wrist Ulnar Deviation
Hold the upper arm next to the body, bend your elbow and bend your fingers. The back of the hand should face the ceiling.
Try to bend the wrist towards the little finger side, while resisting the movement with your other hand.
Hold the resistance for a moment and then relax.
