Isometric strengthening – combined wrist flexion and ulnar deviation (Wrist flexion/ulnar deviation strengthening isometric, over edge, palm down)
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge, palm facing down.
Place your opposite hand on the palm side of your hand between your wrist and the knuckle of your little finger.
Use your opposite hand to resist your wrist from simultaneously bending towards the floor and in the direction of the little finger.
Try to hold this position without moving.
