Isometric shoulder adduction (mid range) – elbow bent (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place a ball between your elbow and side and then pull your shoulder blades back and down.
When ready, push your elbow into the ball.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
