Isometric shoulder adduction (inner range) – short lever (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place a small ball between your elbow and side and then pull your shoulder blades back and down.
When ready, push your elbow into the ball.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
