Isometric neck rotation on vibration plate

Stand upright on a vibration plate with your feet hip width apart.
Place your hand against the side of your head and press your head against your hand, as if trying to rotate your head to look behind you.
Your head and neck should not move.
Hold for the required amount of time and then relax and repeat on the other side.
