Incline board lunge slider (incline slide)

Stand upright on a decline board set to approximately 30 degrees.
The upper foot should be on a valslide or similarly friction-minimizing piece of equipment.
Start with feet close together.
Simultaneously squat down on your lower leg while sliding your upper leg up the decline board.
Keep your upper leg straight throughout the movement.
The knee on your lower leg should bend out over your toes; do not allow your leg to rotate.
Pull your upper leg back in towards your upper leg while straightening your lower leg to return to the starting position.
