Incline board lateral lunge sliders

Stand upright on a decline board set to approximately 30 degrees.
The lower foot should be on a valslide or similarly friction-minimizing piece of equipment.
Start with feet close together.
Simultaneously squat down on your upper leg while sliding your lower leg down the decline board.
Keep your lower leg straight throughout the movement.
The knee on your upper leg should bend out over your toes; do not allow your leg to rotate.
Pull your lower leg back in towards your upper leg while straightening your upper leg to return to the starting position.
