Horizontal Canal Repositioning Forced Prolonged Positioning Right
Sit on the edge of the bed pillow on your right.
Lie down on the right side. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Very slowly turn your head and body toward the left so that you are now lying on the left side. Stay as long as tolerated, even overnight if possible.
Repeat the sequence each time you get into bed. Start on the right and end up sleeping on the left.
