Hip hitching in sitting ("Hip hike" Core/quadratus lumborum strengthening, sitting; 02)

Place your arms on the table and sit up straight.
Lift your right buttock by tensing your abdominal muscles on the same side.
Keep your upper body straight as you do this.
Lower your buttock back down and repeat on the other side.
