Hip Flexors Stretch Sidelying Assisted

Lie on your side with legs bent. The training partner holds the upper leg under the knee and supports the pelvis with the other hand.

The upper leg is moved backwards. The pelvis is supported to stay in line with your trunk throughout the movement. Feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
