Hip Flexors Stretch and Thoracic Rotation

Start in half-kneeling and squeeze the glute/ bottom muscles so that you feel a slight stretch in the front of your extended hip.

Lift your straight arms forwards and in turns, bring one arm out the side and behind you as you rotate from your upper back. Return back to the starting position. Repeat on the opposite side.
Rotate during exhale and return during inhale. Try to keep your pelvis facing forwards.
