Hip flexor stretch in supine (adaptive) - with sound limb

You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Bring the knee of your residual leg towards your chest, helping with your hands.
At the same time push your sound leg down towards the surface.
Hold this position.
Relax and return to the starting position.
You can either hold in front or behind your knee depending on comfort.
