Hip flexion with hold - self-resisted (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your foot resting on the floor, and ensure the brakes are applied.
When ready, lift your foot off the floor by taking your knee toward the ceiling.
Use your hand to apply a downward force to your knee and match the resistance.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
Return your foot to the floor and then repeat.
