Hip extension on forearms - version 2

Start on all fours with your forearms on the ground. Lengthen the spine.
Lift your leg to spine level, lengthen your leg through your hip joint and keep the hip facing down.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the opposite leg.
Keep your trunk and back strong, preventing your body from sagging.
