Hip circles on all fours

Hip circles on all fours

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
Lengthen and align your body from your sitting bones to the top of your head.
When ready, lift one leg up behind you, keeping your knee bent and leading with your heel.
Then, while keeping your leg up and your knee bent, rotate your hip so that your knee points to the side.
Move your leg to the side and continue bringing your knee forward towards your chest.
Lower the leg back to the starting position and repeat.
Try to keep everything else still and move only through your hip, using the largest range of motion available.
