Hip Abduction with Straight Leg in Sidelying
Start by lying on your side with your hips and knees bent to 90 degrees. Straighten the knee of the upper leg. Take support with your hand from the floor in front of you. Press your hand against the floor and lift your lower side slightly off the floor.
Lift the upper leg upwards. Keep your pelvis still and move only from your hip. Return to the starting position.
