Heel taps on step ("Step heel taps" Cardiovascular workout)

Stand up straight facing a step.
The higher the step, the harder the exercise.
Lift one leg and place your heel onto the step.
Bring this leg back down and repeat with the other leg.
Continue this motion, alternating one heel on the step, then the other.
