Heel taps and bicep curls

Stand with your arms by your sides and your shoulders relaxed.
Tap one foot forward so your heel touches the floor.
At the same time bend your arms at your elbows so your hands come up towards your shoulders.
Return to the starting position and repeat with your other leg.
Keep breathing rhythmically throughout the exercise
