Heel and toe raise on trampette ("Heel/toe raises" Gastrocnemius/anterior tibialis strengthening, on mini-trampoline)
Stand up straight on a trampette.
Your legs should be hips distance apart.
Focus on a point in front of you.
Rise up onto the balls of your feet, keeping your knees straight.
Control the movement as you lower back down to the starting position and then move your weight into your heels, drawing your toes off the trampette.
Repeat the movement at a steady pace.
