Hamstring stretch in sitting - opposite leg to side

Sit on the ground and straight the leg to be stretched and the other leg to the side.
Slowly lower your chest down by pulling your lower leg.
Feel the stretch in the back of your thigh.
Make sure to maintain your knee straight during the exercise.
Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
