Hamstring flicks rolling ball in prone ("Hamstring flicks, prone" Knee flexion strengthening, with ball - with partner)
Lie on your front on a mat with your feet flexed.
Ask your partner to stand over you holding a ball.
Your partner will then roll the ball down the groove between your legs.
As the ball reaches your heel, bend both legs to flick the ball back up into the air for your partner to catch.
Repeat the exercise.
