Hammer curl with dumbbells - partial range (brachioradialis) (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in both hands and rest them on your front thighs with your palms facing inwards.
Keeping your arms by your side, slowly bend your elbows and bring the weights towards your shoulders.
Keep your palms facing inwards.
Control the movement as you lower your hands back down to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat.
