Half kneeling with forward and backward bends

Position yourself in kneeling with one foot in front.
Have a hand support next to you.
Clasping your hands together, reach forwards to your front foot.
Hold for a moment.
Keeping your hands clasped, reach upwards towards the ceiling and lean backwards as far as you are comfortable.
Hold the position again.
Return to the starting position.
