Stand with your legs hip width apart and step one foot slightly forward.
Allow your knees to soften and sink the weight of your pelvis as if sitting in a saddle.
Allow the ground to take the weight of your body without slouching your spine.
Turn your body slightly towards the direction of your front foot.
Slide your arms softly to the same direction, palms facing down.
Return.
You can integrate breathing and weight shifts with the hand movements.
Inhale while moving the hands forwards and exhale while returning.
