Good mornings in stand (hands behind head)

Stand firmly with slightly bent knees and hands in the neck.
Keeping your back and neck straight and elbows pointed straight to the side, bend your knees and lean forwards.
Sometimes it helps to imagine you have a stick running down your back which prevents you from bending.
Hold this position, then control the movement as you return to the starting position.
