Goblet squat to bench (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Perform this exercise with your prosthetic on.
Stand with a bench close behind you.
Hold a dumbbell vertically in front of your chest, with your prosthetic limb supporting it.
Squat down as if you were to sit on the bench, and push back up to the starting position right before your buttocks touch the bench.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Dumbbell, Bench
