Glute bridge with adduction on vibration plate

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your heel on pressed onto a vibration plate.
Place a ball between your knees and squeeze it.
Maintaining this squeeze throughout the entire exercise, lift your hips up off the ground, keeping them level.
Hold for the required amount of time.
