Glossopharyngeal nerve

Start with your mouth open.

Pull the chin and tilt your head away from the affected side while shifting the jaw to the affected side and pull the tongue in & to the affected side.

Push out the chin and tilt your head to the affected side while shifting the jaw away from the affected side and move the tongue forward & away from the affected side.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
